I was quite disappointed. The chips were left from the afternoon time. The burger was the same. The only thing what was fresh was the onion rings. It was quite disappointing this time and using. You are very good with your orders of food. It was a letdown so I'm very sorry you're going to get it too. Star

My order was wrong the lady hung up on me while explaining and when I called back I got no answer then the next time I called I got a gentleman who listened to my complaint and swapped the kebabs to the lady who was on the phone needs a new job away from the public as she has the wrong attitude for a public facing job like working in a chip shop I will never order from there again

Not very happy at all didn’t revive my full order I don’t eat plain chips so I asked for cheese on my chips that came with my cheese burger and collected it and when got home didn’t have no cheese on my chips so now iv need up with just a burger. And I have just rang them and told them and all they could say was sorry and if you want to come back we can add cheese yeh so I’m going to use my fuel to drive all the way back to Long Eaton to get some cheese to drive home my food would be cold not happy very poor service will just have to eat the burger on it’s own without the chips.
